A solo unsurpassable! I have never seen such a performance of such magnitude. Mairead's beautiful and angelic voice strongly displays the passion, unity and love facing destiny. The subtle flow of the fiery rear screen imposed with her body caressed in heavenly blue makes for a perfect illustration of the Tolkien song. Never have I been more moved or impressed to the point of the gods' will, and please remembering me.

Oh, misty eye of the mountain below Keep careful watch of my brothers' souls And should the sky be filled with fire and smoke Keep watching over Durin's sons If this is to end in fire Then we should all burn together Watch the flames climb high into the night Calling out father oh Stand by and we will Watch the flames burn auburn on The mountain side And if we should die tonight Then we should all die together Raise a glass of wine for the last time Calling out father oh Prepare as we will Watch the flames burn auburn on The mountain side Desolation comes upon the sky Now I see fire Inside the mountain I see fire Burning the trees And I see fire Hollowing souls I see fire Blood in the breeze And I hope that you remember me Oh, should my people fall Then surely I'll do the same Confined in mountain halls We got too close to the flame Calling out father oh Hold fast and we will Watch the flames burn auburn on The mountain side Desolation comes upon the sky Now I see fire Inside the mountain I see fire Burning the trees I see fire Hollowing souls I see fire Blood in the breeze And I hope that you remember me And if the night is burning I will cover my eyes For if the dark returns Then my brothers will die And as the sky is falling down It crashed into this lonely town And with that shadow upon the ground I hear my people screaming out Now I see fire Inside the mountains I see fire Burning the trees I see fire Hollowing souls I see fire Blood in the breeze I see fire (oh you know I saw a city burning out) (fire) And I see fire (feel the heat upon my skin, yeah) (fire) And I see fire (uh-uh-uh-uh) (fire) And I see fire burn auburn on the mountain side songwriter: Ed Sheeran

There are Sheerhans lyrics. But these are not quite the lyrics she sang. She made some little change to it.

I’m pretty sure she’s a magical elf with that beautiful magestic voice that echos through your vains and makes you want to cry at how beautiful it is.

Easily the best female performance of this song hands down without question. How appropriate for her to be the one to give the jaw dropping performace. Couldnt imagine being there live....

Lyrics : Oh, misty eye of the mountain below Keep careful watch of my brothers' souls And should the sky be filled with fire and smoke Keep watching over Durin's sons If this is to end in fire Then we should all burn together Watch the flames climb high into the night Calling out father oh Stand by and we will Watch the flames burn auburn on The mountain side And if we should die tonight Then we should all die together Raise a glass of wine for the last time Calling out father oh Prepare as we will Watch the flames burn auburn on The mountain side Desolation comes upon the sky Now I see fire Inside the mountain I see fire Burning the trees And I see fire Hollowing souls I see fire Blood in the breeze And I hope that you remember me Oh, should my people fall Then surely I'll do the same Confined in mountain halls We got too close to the flame Calling out father oh Hold fast and we will Watch the flames burn auburn on The mountain side Desolation comes upon the sky Now I see fire Inside the mountain I see fire Burning the trees I see fire Hollowing souls I see fire Blood in the breeze And I hope that you remember me And if the night is burning I will cover my eyes For if the dark returns Then my brothers will die And as the sky is falling down It crashed into this lonely town And with that shadow upon the ground I hear my people screaming out. Now I see fire Inside the mountains I see fire Burning the trees I see fire Hollowing souls I see fire Blood in the breeze. I see fire (fire) And I see fire (fire) And I see fire (fire) And I see fire burn auburn on the mountain side.

Multi mixed tears...tears of joy accumulated with tears from hearing the truth built within her voice, then series of tears filled with how sad this would be for us the witness. With all the different types of emotions throughout her story, she sings with her mystifying voice designed to be so beautifully sung any empath will be drawn in and take notice... Thank you sister for the message which can only be heard from a passionate voice thus be given ability to hear the song for what It truly is. A revelation...

Nope!.. .. .. No angel and nope no elf.. I feel like she may sound like the ones that sing eternal lullabies after death but not angelic more like in the mighty mead halls of Valhalla.. Also not like a Valkyrie, I think they would be more upbeat or war march, so I dunno what but the others I mentioned I picture as being a melodious harmonious chanting lot..(^u^)..
