Hello , great video, How do you know the moisture is below 5%?

Hi Mbakisi, You can use a moisture meter to check the moisture levels or alternatively you can place a glass upside-down on the floor and if any condensation takes place, the floor is not dry enough and should be left for at least 1 day before repeating the test.
