These are amazing tips, especially coming from centenarians who are living proof that one can live long and be happy. Numerous researches regarding state the different factors that affect achieving healthy aging discuss having a proper healthy diet, regular exercise ,having good relationships and learning even as older adults. What's even better is they still do the things they enjoyed doing when they were young like dancing which proves that having hobbies you enjoy are important to stay happy as we age. It's common for older adults to experience loneliness, but it can definitely be better. Thank you to all the amazing centenarians for sharing these tips, as well as Reviving Mind's coaches who help older adults age happy and healthy.

Doris looks and talks like she’s in her 70s! I’ll bet all of them live in the present and don’t worry too much. That seems to be a theme with long lived people.

Wonderful video. It struck me that family and enjoying the little everyday things were most important. Maybe some of us younger folks shouldn't be rushing around and worrying so much. I loved Grace's personality, style and taste in music, she reminds me of my own grandmother.

It's kind of hokey, but I wonder if they had something similar in their birth charts and what astrological sign they are. Just to see if certain signs naturally live longer? The say the people who stay socially active tend to live longer.
@thomasjust26632 жыл бұрын
I think it's mainly genetics, stay thin and active, my family member was nearly 100 years old, was not social, did not eat healthy, was not religious at all, but did not drink alcohol, did not smoke, was thin and active in woodworking projects to the very last day

i dont believe it. have i came to a holy grail, here, i found a chanel where it is dediceted to 100 olds, and, lets say, yungs, and, mm, i hope there is more on this chanel, man, this is fantastic. 100 plus people i admire so so much, and, i want more and more to har from them , and see them, and it is the most precious thing i can have in my life. oh, how id love to make comunication on this subject.
@monkeybro8192 жыл бұрын
@Lorin Eaves thers one thing about it, i dont know if you believe, its, if a person is good, the older she gets, the beter she is, and, if bad, the older she gets, the wors she gets to be. and, bout cases its wonderful, you can see a bad person geting wors, and good one geting beter and beter. i mean, its all beuty as good, and evil becomes realy bad, so you can see all of it clearly in aboundance. i love it.

These women are all Jewish.
@sueme19545 жыл бұрын
@@EveningTV There are Italian Jews. There were many more before the war before the Shitler. The New York accent is Italian and Jewish. I am positive they would "kvell" at being mistaken for Italian. ( Jackie Mason).
@EveningTV5 жыл бұрын
I don't think this was at all the point of the video. I just had no idea where that comment had come from. They are self identifying as Jewish so why would we be attributing their longevity to being Italian? It just confused me.💕

I'm tired of hearing 'wisdom' from 90+ year old women. If you got to that age and are as well spoken, sharp and enjoying life then you havent suffered disease, illnesses, dementia, extreme poverty or homelessness. You are the lucky ones who don't know what it's like to live on the other side of life. The harsh side so please don't tell us how to live and enjoy life when you never had to suffer. For those of who arent so priviledged as you ladies, we'll be dead long before we get close to where you're at so please, please, please, keep your know-it-all wisdom to yourselves.
@mariarooney62622 жыл бұрын
Do you know them personally? If you knew them I’m sure they could tell you some horrible things about their lives. They mentioned WW11. You don’t live that long and not go through losing many loved ones, wars, tragedies. Life is the same for all of us. ❤️
@strongwilledwoman2 жыл бұрын
I don't think one can say they haven't had hardships in their lives. No one gets through life unscathed. They may well have even gone through or supported those who went through the things you mentioned. People facing hard times are worth listening to and can offer wisdom as well. Maybe the wise thing is to listen to all sorts of people who are coming from all different kinds of experiences.
