The reality about James Bisgrove leaving, is that it is an opportunity to bring someone in who has demonstrated already that they can take the club forward, in terms of widening and harnessing the clubs worldwide fan base, doing deals and supporting Philipe Clement build a long-term sustainable structure at the club putting more resources into the academy structure and helping first team squad players advising the Youth players how they became successful, how to improve their game and how to apply themselves to reach the top and maybe more importantly, what sacrifices they need to make to make it to the top. Listening to Connor Goldson, the club do not have an effective bridging-gap between the first team squad and the player levels below them.

It's interesting that you mentioned "stress and pressure", I think that's why good players have bottled it in the big games. Maybe the weight of expectation from the fans is just too much for players that don't quite realise the intensity of the old firm rivalry. When Rangers did win the league during the lockdown, the stands were empty, the shoulders went down and Rangers played with skill and fluency that Celtic couldn't match.

I would also bring in Niko Jankovic for the 10 role and LW cover, and Cortes for LW. Traore for RW and Kai Fotheringham. David Watson, Lennon Miller and Erik Botheim. These guys would all be high on my list. Robust, reasonable fees, good ages, big sell on potential on most. If Butland goes I would like us to try and get Ivan Nevisitic. Big 6ft 4 keeper, 25 years old of Zagreb. Imagine a team like this next season: Butland (C), Sterling RB, Joel Ordonez, Stelios Andreou, Jefte, Raskin, Diomande, Jankovic, Cortes, Botheim, Traore. Bench and for rotation: Thomas Galdames, Lennon Miller, David Watson, Liam Kelly, Danilo, Dessers, Kai Fotheringham, Mcausland, Mckinnon , Rice, Balogun, Fraser, Devine and Spileers. Hopefully whatever happens we get a new generation of heroes, and we can all get right behind them.

Don't see us signing Phillip's, even on loan, but have read that Man City are willing to cover the majority of his wages just to get him out. Similar to when Ramsay come to us via Juve. No saying its happening, but wages might not be a massive issue
