I enjoyed the early seasons because of the diversity and colors but I really loved her gowns in seasons 3/4 with the open shoulders and her hair down 💅🏼 Lena looked so gorgeous

My favourite one is the one in which she says when you play the game of thrones, you win, or you die. That was the moment I fell in love with her character. She was so vulnerable and threatening at the same time, and I really liked that contrast

22:13 “Blue-Green with Birds” The color was so mesmerizing on-screen and Lena Heady was so beautiful in it. It is easily one of my favorite costumes of all the seasons of Game of Thrones.

In my opinion Cersei was one of the characters with the best outfits/looks of all the Show (And I personally think that the others characters with the best were also Daenerys, Margaery & Jamie)

I found the hairstyle Cersei wore during the tourney of the Hand in the first season fascinating. It’s one part beehive and another part pharaoh crown.

Yes, it's a very interesting design. At times it's a bit top heavy and looks like it's falling over.

Lavender and gold >>>>> the fact the pastel colours made her more look like a submissive wife on the earlier seasons behind her husband/son black/maroon/brown and then as it goes on she wears armour and dark colours. Great video, so much good research

Cersei is a great villain, possibly among my favorites in fiction. Deliciously evil, always connected with the political intrigue of KL, and always kept my attention when she spoke. i like to imagine a timeline in which she defeated Dany and conquered Westeros. plus with the short hair and the crown, she's drop dead sexy

I personally would've moved a few dresses up and down the list (I would've put the green dress higher, for example), but for the most part, I fully agree. While your #1 is not my #1, I totally get why you placed it that high; it is her iconic look that she's most remembered by.

Thank you for all the hard work you put into these videos Heidi! I love all her costumes except her last one in red or black velvet, it looked overloaded and a bit renfaire. And I think you know which of her gowns I love best.

Didn't see in the comments yet, but just for further knowledge Lena was pregnant in the beginning on season 1. Which is why she is seen wearing lots of quilted/fur looks in Winterfell - also why she is shot from the bust up most of the time.

5, 10 and 17 are my absolute favorites, I just love the way that style of neckline looks on Cersei, plus the Lannister colors suit her great. Also, I generally liked the more masculine armored dresses from season 7 and 8 quite a lot, I was surprised to find them all so low in this ranking as I thought the chains and shoulderpieces were quite gorgeous.

I love this! I wonder if you would consider doing a review of the costumes of The Tudors? Because accurate they may not be, they're often lovely. One of your closeups reminds me of an applique on the bodice of one of the gowns worn by Natalie Dormer as Anne Boleyn.

I’d forgotten about some of the most beautiful costumes, and remembered some of the worst (that dragonpit dress is just awful). Thank you for reminding me of just how lush and rich they were. And the embroidery, just wow.

their work was superb, my only wish was to have seen more gowns in her book palette: lots of green and gold gowns with a few white and gold gowns... at least we got to see the mourning gowns 😂😂😂😂

I don’t think she was cause Marg started to do that After the punchline “if you ever called me sister again I’ll have you strangled in your sleep” said by Cersei I think she was just Margaery herself (manipulative by trying to compliment her)

@@crackshipsarelife not quite, Cersei enters chat throwing shade about her lack of clothed (you must be cold) and Marg replies in kind basically saying "I don't mind cuz i'm hot" and attacks back with the metalwork comment ("I've never seen anything like it")

Idk why but the number 30 Dress the one all black at 2:35 makes me think it was a referefence to dragons(?) like idk why but it seems that the things that are all over the dress are scales It might?
