So you dropped 120k on PT school, and in the end, you still don’t know how to manipulate the neck. Yup, it's frustrating, AND it’s not your fault. Physical Therapy programs are notorious for not providing advanced manual therapy education.
While there are a few post-graduate spinal manipulation courses out there, techniques vary widely, and safety can sometimes be questionable.
In this video I share with you one of my simple cervical manipulation techniques. Because the neck is in very little rotation at the thrust, this technique protects the neck from over-rotation, and creates a local, as specific as you can get, audible cavitation.
