Thank you sir for such informative video. I'm also suffering from cervical spondylosis since a year and I feel heaviness and sensation in my hand, lower back and leg that keeps rotating sometimes. I'm doing yogasana for cervical but didn't see any difference. Could you please help me to cure it or to reduce it to the minimum?
