A friend and viewer of the channel and I take a flight to Danville VA to look at a 1977 Cessna 150. Not the smoothest of days, but a fun flight.

Positive contact in challenging conditions is not a big issue. But suggest you don’t let go of the yoke like that. The 150 has enough elevator authority to hold the nose wheel off a lot longer. Keep easing back after touching down on the mains until the control hits the stop and the nose wheel will settle down gently. If there’s a crosswind keep gradually rolling aileron into the wind until it also hits the stop. Keep flying it until it’s tied down! Get in the habit of doing that and it’ll be second nature when it’s windy enough that you need it.

I'm sure there will be some sort of follow up. On that plane or another. Thanks for watching.

Well, here's your update. Don't think he will be buying that one. Although it looks and runs great, there are no logs for the engine. Supposed it around 3 to 400 hours on the engine but no way of proving it. The hunt continues.

I enjoyed your flight - even with the positive contact landings! I don't recall seeing you at 5,500ft before - the view is a little different up there!
