Basically, for the Physics and Chemistry part, usually concept based questions only come. Also, numericals are very straight forward, not much in depth.

Sir is asking those questions which are running in my mind while watching and I was like yes yes sir.. haha thanks sir .I got those books by your recommendation sir I have 11th edition. All questions are totally new like it makes me feel I have to read more so I thought to read all the stuff and get ready to complete them. I really didn't have good basics soo I'm going try harder . Wish I could and all the best to all of them who are going to try .

@@sathibabu6527 Yes, it's offline. The exam is conducted at CSIR institutes and associated locations like CSIR Headquarters and the CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru itself. There are more such locations across India.

We are expecting that exams for 2022 will be conducted in September. But dates can change next year so keep a tab on CFTRI website especially during July-August month.

Yes, definitely, it's possible. Moreover, it depends on the person how he/she manages the time. Also, as I mentioned, one need to focus on brushing up the basic concepts, not going in depth.

No, there is no sort of interview exam, the candidates would be ranked based on their performance in the entrance test. While for the industry-sponsored candidates, the selection process may include interview after the common entrance test (If more than 2 applications are received).

Last year, the total number of questions were 100 and the time duration was set for 100 minutes respectively. It might be the same for this year as well.
