Lost my mom years ago. I feel your pain, and there really are no adequate words. It's never "okay" after that; we just learned how to live with it. Just know that some random internet stranger somewhere in the world empathizes with you. You're not alone.

the mom is not dead she is just nostalgic for her time since she is now grown up and mom is not around. She remembers the good times and knows she can count on her anytime. She just has to reach out. Leaving home is exciting but it is a sad time to let go of all that you know and your security blankets.

Lots of people seem to have come to the conclusion the mom is dead. [spoiler below] That was mom on the phone at the end. Rose is just away from home. At least she can go visit, or mom can.

I watched this and honestly, it was really sad, but it is heartwarming. I was tearing up as well. One of my brothers had moved out, but I didn't cry. He was just moving away, I knew he would visit or we would visit anyways. He visits a bit often, and this is just something that had happened in my life. Just a little story. If you lose a loved one, just remember, they are still here in your heart. Remember them and try to stay happy if you need to. I hope everyone feels better soon, I will go now.

Me: *watches the animation* Me: *goes to comment* Me: *reads other comments first* Me: *breaks down crying thinking about their dad and wanting to go to their mom for another momma hug* I have a blanket that was my dad's, it was his favorite blanket and I never let anyone else have it. Textures are huge to me since I have sensory issues, so when I find ones that I like, it's something I get if I can whenever I find it. Like fur, for example. Faux fur is one of my huge calming textures, and I actually got a phone case that has the texture on it, so I can have it always. It's a real life saver for anxiety attacks lol.

I just had a ceremony for my mum's death anniversary a couple days ago. It's been 3 years since she tragically and unexpectantly left our lives too soon... I wish I could hug my mum again, or even call her/get a call from her. :"( This video was very sweet. As naive as we may be when we're younger, never forget to hold your parents as tight as you can and love and value you every second, cos you never know when that might be taken away from you...

I recall I cried whole night I went to hostel for college studies. Also then I cried Infront of mother, during college time emotional problems. Now I'm married with a sweet son. My mom is no more with me. But all experiences made me stronger.

This made me tear up. I have a comforter that was my Nana's I got it when her health was really bad and when she passed away I covered up with the comforter and brought me back to my childhood when she was healthy.

I remember a time when I was little, but it's not that of a clear memory. I was in my mother's hands she was singing a lullaby, Christmas songs playing in the background and it was so comfortable, and now the world seems to have changed, I miss the times back then when me and my mom were taking short drawing lessons, and learning seems to be fun back then, but it isn't now.. Help..

Life is really really mysterious. We talk about the Near and Dear Ones. Most of the time the dear ones are nowhere nearby and the near ones are by no means our dear ones. We are like the logs or dry leaves floating on a water body. Sometimes we are brought together by the waves and other times we are snatched away from one another by the same waves. 🌊🌊🌊🌊
