超好吃的日本豆腐金针菇😋简单家的味道
食材🥭:
日本豆腐两条、金针菇2个、 番茄3个、葱、1勺玉米淀粉、生抽2勺、蚝油1勺、白糖1勺、盐1勺、适量清水
做法🍻:
1⃣️日本豆腐切厚片,豆腐分别裹上淀粉,油锅里下豆腐煎至金黄夹出备用
2⃣️把金针菇尾部切除,清洗,下锅水煮30秒
3⃣️番茄切块备用
4⃣️调个酱汁:1勺玉米淀粉、生抽2勺、蚝油1勺、白糖1勺、盐1勺、适量清水搅拌均匀
5️⃣油锅里下蒜末葱白,下番茄炒至软烂,再下金针菇&放上豆腐,最后淋上酱汁焖煮3分钟即可😍‼️

Two Japanese tofu, 2 enoki mushrooms, 3 tomatoes, spring onions, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, appropriate amount of water
Practice 🍻:
1⃣️ Cut Japanese tofu into thick slices, coat the tofu separately with starch, and fry the tofu in a pan until golden brown.
2⃣️Cut off the tail of the enoki mushroom, clean it, and boil it in a pot for 30 seconds
3⃣️Tomato cut into pieces and set aside
4⃣️Adjust a sauce: 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, appropriate amount of water and stir evenly
