This woman is so intense, it's a form of fear and control. Hard to breathe in her presence as she seems to need to ordain every transaction in the universe. I loved KD's comment in a previous video. As long as you are controlling everyone around you to try to be happy, happiness will never come, because you are stifling it. My spiritual practice aside from Kirtan is also reading a book called A Course in Miracles, and it says in there the same thing- the way to God is through how you see your Brother...and of course the most challenging is to forgive someone you perceive as an enemy...God lives in that person, and that is what trips us up to really experiencing God's love , is the grievances, big and small , that we hold against others. It's a process, and I love having the Kirtan practice to let joined voices remind me of the power of joining in Holy Instances with my Brothers!

Kundalini is the Shakti..jagadamba... This concept is of Hath yog where we practice aasanas and pranayam.... Bhakti yog is different... It fills our heart with God's love.

All path to God have one thing in common, they awaken Kundalini at the base of Spinal column. The difference is that of degree. some are faster and others are slower. Faster ones are... Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Gyan Yoga, Karma yoga and Kriya Yog.

In 1992 I took a weekend kundalini workshop.I knew very little about the phenomenon other than reading a book written by Gopi Krishna about his amazing awakening experience. The Kundalini master from India was flown in by Steven Sadlier his devotee from India, who started the Self Awareness Insitute in Laguna Beach Calif. He performed Shati-pat & told us to meditate between the eyes & to meditate 1 hour during sunrise & 1 hour during sunset. 3 nights later as I began my meditation I heard a loud tone like a musical note.I than saw an opening turn into a spiraling tunnel leading into a dark void. But this void was warm & felt like a black velvet blanket was wrapped around me.But the dominating feeling was PEACE. Suddenly I than saw the outer peripherally of my void collapsing down into a tiny point,than came an implosion. I saw myself exploding in all directions simultaneously as a silvery energy field at incredible speed. The next night after my meditation I went to bed.After 15 minutes of trying to get to sleep I felt an inner command to sit up & meditate.I did as directed & felt a vibration start in my feet & move into my head.Than a fluid dripped from the middle of my palate onto my tongue, & I swallowed it. I had no idea what of anything that had to do with meditation. The next morning I felt as if my body had been cleansed from the inside. I asked 2 of the swamiis I knew at the Ramakrishna monestary I had been going too, if they had any idea,s.They did not. I was told to call the Kundalini institute in Los Angeles & ask them.I did so & was told the 2nd experience was called sucking the nectar-amirt.The first experience was a 3rd eye opener,but the rest was not as easily deciphered. I believe I was watching how this universe was created from the 1st person perspective. I later in 1998, became a devotee of Neem Karoli Baba,s after reading the book;Miracle of Love.Jai Maharajii-Namaste

Just wanted to add that universe is readily available to awaken your inner self but its all about karma who is stopping to understand due to lack of purity. All our divine world eagerly waiting for one to be ready to experience who you are. to burn your karma you need there is 3 pillar as my guru say Sadhna [meditation], seva [charity] and sankirtan [chanting of divine]. Very simple step before one can start waking on this divine journey first determine what YOU really want? this is really most imp n deep question. once u know this question you are ready to be one with ulitmate.

I see kundalini experiences as more of a side effect of living through love. It shouldn't be viewed as a goal or something to attain. It's just phenomena

lord krishna has also a kala of attraction. due to which when he play flute ..all the things started come near krishna to listen and dive in the ocean of love not only himans but also animals .actually its was a yogic power.and lord krishna have 16 kalas. i heard from my guru that if you chant mantras very perfectly and practicing from many years ..than if you sings a bhajan ..than along with your tone and voice .. one day few waves would going to comes out which itself create a new level of surroundings...and if any true devotee was sitting there..he surely gonna feel something different and his love burst out more and more for lord krishna ..tears comes out,new level of joy and undefined happiness will be going to felt by both. the singer as well as the listener. if you are a great follower and your love is unlimited ..you may reach to samadhi ...for a certain period of time.very few on earth were reach to that level they are yogis and siddha purush. ..

KD, What about the time you said you were “struck” by lightning, then in ecstasy for 3 days? Is that not kundalini? Or what is it? Because I have had the same experience where I was “struck” by lightning and I lit up like the sun on the inside, then flew up in the sky and saw reality vibrating and slowed down, atoms exchanging and I felt like I was connected to everything. Then when I realized what was going on I got sucked back down into my body, and was in ecstasy for 3 days. I’m sharing this because you had a similar experience, I thought that might have to do with kundalini shakti.

letting go attachment you can't do that, I could not do that... all i did was pray to my guru he just kicked out all attachments out of the window. My experience say that nothing we can do. with deep faith pray to Guru and Krishna and attachment goes out of the window forever

His was a Siddha and was already awakened being so probably you guys were not ready for any practices or teachings so that is why he asked you to serve and cleanse yourself. I love listening to him, but at around 5 minutes, they talk about "over there" "when you leave the body". She is hoping it's all going to be beautiful, and he talks about Bardo, and it not going to be all nice and rosy. I hope he is wrong, because I listened to many NDE's, people who died and came back, and they all say it is just absolutely beautiful over there, and the White Light/God loves you so much, and you feel so good, you never want to come back into the body. I just hope he is wrong, and the Buddhists with their bardo have it all wrong. Fingers crossed, otherwise I'm in deep trouble.
