The chain is known as a tether chain used to attach the horses to a line in the Cavalry fighting days to keep the horses safe and together whilst being fed and watered and the Troopers resting . Lovely Radford thoroughly enjoyed the scratch under his mane the lady Trooper was telling people where to scratch him 😀

I don’t understand why tourists who come to London never notice the sign warning them not to touch the guard’s horses because of their tendency to bite and kick!!! What’s this world coming to?

That job looks awful. Sitting on a horse for hours and having to put up with all those rude annoying tourists They need to keep their hands off the horse.

Only one person came out told people to move and walked back in nothing else armed police were hiding not to get wet.meanwhile nothing was done.
