Join Tom in this chair exercise routine designed to strengthen and stabilise the knees. It focuses on the muscles around the knee, (calf, quads, hamstrings and Hip joint).
Ideally the exercises need to be 10 to 15 reps at a time and once they become easier you can start to add weighted resistance. Such as leg weights. Or you can move onto a harder workout from here.
