I'm the Life Enrichment Director at a senior living community. This program is wonderful for my residents and they love the gentle movements. They've asked if we could start all our exercise programs with this stretching routine! Thank you!

What a lovely woman. I am recovering from a really intense fibro spike. I needed someone my age ish and steady to encourage me. I love that she is not a beauty queen warrior but an average older woman just like me now. Thank you

10:12 I couldn't do that one when I was 20. 11:49 16:38 Yeah, this video needs a "heavy legs" version. None of this stuff works unless you're skinny.
