Chakiuts... Congratulations on 45K subscribers!! Nice work dude! I really like this home, its pretty fantastic. The kitchen is great... that island is really nice and the cabinetry is pretty sweet. That whole master bedroom/bath/closet/retreat is awesome... love it. I also like the optional door from closet to laundry room. That lost area is nice too... I think adding the second floor is very much worthwhile. Chakits, as usual, a great showing!

All those construction cause the Raiders are coming. I hope they are considering all angles of traffic with that stadium. They have to put the Raiders there to support all there bankruptcy casino so the millionaire can get there money pay back from casino

I'd put a pool out back for sure. Why pour water into the sliding door track? Sounds crazy you'd turn the dust into messy mud...simply vacuum it out. Great tour once again Chakits!

Well worth the asking price considering the location and views. I love the downstairs flooring too! Sometimes people choose the wrong scale of tile for the home but this design is right on.

Lovely home, they spoiled it with the Home Depot lighting in the rooms it cheapened the interiors, oh well not your doing, loved the wood flooring as well. I don’t particularly like this developer they cut corners in some ways. Thanks for exposing us to various developers.💞

awesome job with the map. please do that with all your videos. you should also color code the valley based on desirability/safety. most people look for safe first and price after. I am saying this because most likely most of your potential customers are not vegas natives.

I do like the floorplan, a lot. Favorite part (so many to choose from though, makes it hard to pick "most" favorite) is the kitchen island design. I really dislike the trend of seating all around. We love to cook/bake, so need the work space yet do want to "invite" company to be there.

Love the garage doors, the driveway and the brick work in the front of the house. If the floors in the room had been throughout the house it would be perfection and it's a two story house and Chak, you know your wife would take the man cave in the Master and make it a she space, lol Beautiful hose overall!

If you could have everything you want in a house, it would be ideal. My design would be: 1. Front house for office. 2. Back house for living. 3. Side entry for RV or boat. 4. Steam room and jacuzzi at back house or backyard. 5. Roof deck for entertain, party, and relax. 6.possbily roof helicopter landing and parking. 7. Be ready for flying car since it will be on sale in us soon.

Nice upgrade, very professional with the intro explaining the area context and finishing with the plan. I might start with the plan but maybe not... Since you can get this model on the other side of the road then you won't have the view, just the mountains to the west wouldn't you?

The exterior of the house is very nice. The option to access the laundry room from the master is smart and the master closet was different-in a good way. Other than the aforementioned, I didn’t care for the house including the so/called “view” featuring a “rock mountain” and the rooftops of numerous other homes. I get a feel for houses I like when the front door is initially opened. When the door was opened on this one-I got nothing.😳. The kitchen wasn’t impressive in my humble opinion and the interior design/furnishings were sub par compared to other houses you’ve shown with a lower price. A pool would have helped this house but they didn’t bother to include one.

I am not sure how this build quality is with all the negativity I hear about new homes in Vegas but I love this home. How much with all the upgrades in this house? So inexpensive compared to southern California. I am waiting for my investments to mature so it will be at least a year away but I want a home just like this plus a pool and spa. I am single but would occasionally have family visiting so the size and layout is perfect. Hopefully by next summer or winter I can look you up to show me homes. I am hoping property tax is lower here than in southern California.
