🔔 Chamnamul Bean Sprout Side Dish. (1T=rice spoon)
300g bean sprouts, 150g Chamnamul, ½ onion (90g), 100ml water, 2T soy sauce, 2T plum syrup, 1T vinegar, 1T sesame oil, 2T red pepper powder (18g), 1T sesame seeds.
✨ Chamnamul Bean Sprout Side Dish.
1. Add 300g washed bean sprouts and 100ml water to a pan, close the lid, and cook over high heat.
+ When the steam is full, cook for 3 minutes.
2. Spread in a sieve and cool.
3. Chop the onion and Chamnamul. 4. Mix cooled bean sprouts, 2T soy sauce, 2T plum syrup, 1T vinegar, 1T sesame oil, and 2T red pepper powder (18g).
5. Add Chamnamul and onion and mix.
6. Add 1T sesame seeds and mix.
