Note that the Radisson Sponsons are shorter than the Sportspal (14 in my case) and will not work correctly. I have a 2001 Sportspal and I thought I could save a few bucks and time by buying the Radisson ones haha, I was wrong. Also, I think the Sportspal versions are a bit more beefy (hopefully more buoyant as well)

Hey Dave, just bought a 12' square back, I find it's difficult to paddle from the rear, should I be paddling solo from the middle? I also have a motor, but sometimes I just want to paddle for relaxation thanks!

I do also feel solo the canoe is a bit tippy, is this normal? Maybe I'm just not used to it? I'm 5'5 and 230lbs so that could also be the reason

Greetings shorter boats always tend to paddle more poorly when I paddle solo I actually drop forward to my knees it helps to put a bit of weight in the front.

I have a canoe from the 70’s and it is called SportKing. Do you have parts for it? Probably need foam liner and foam on the sides. It also leaks so I would need the caulking as well.

If it's aluminum, some parts could fit most aluminum canoes were very similar back then

Hi Dave, I’ve been watching your KZfaq videos and liking them. I bought a 14’ pointed that I found on Kijiji. I’m planning gettin outdoors this summer with it. Hi Dave Dave w here again , do you have ant tips on mounting a rod holder on top of the sportspal canoe gunners.

Hey Dave actually scotty has a couple options that are socket mount one clamps around the thwart and the other would have to be drilled and bolted through the gunnel. Scotty also has other attachments that connect to the same socket
