I've been working a lot lately on discovering digging up throwing out and replacing limiting core beleifs related to trauma now that my kids and I are safe. do you have any videos specifically about clearing up that cptsd is healable damage to your brain and NOT permanent damage to who you are your worth your goodness your character your value? my kids and I both wrestle with feeling like "damaged goods" and difficulty trusting ourselves and others from the trauma we've experienced with abusive neglectful fathers me with my father who left mom sister and ne in poverty to go have another family, they with there abusive addicted father. I managed to leave 2 years ago after 2 decades of abuse.
