Xlint advise & touch on removing the allen plugs. You only get a couple of tries to get it right.

I’m pretty sure you DONT put LSD additive in Toyota LSDs - read on Supraforums

I must have missed the part about “NS” and got just the regular Redline gear oil...lol Is that gonna make a difference?

Do you know what the drain and fill plug gasket part numbers are? Was there one of each?

12157-10010. There is one on the drain plug and a 2nd one with the fill plug.

Question - what diff fluid should you use if you have an open-welded diff installed?

I ran mobile 1 synthetic 75-90 in my welded diff

Probably around 50 FtLbs like the drain plug

Very helpful thanks for putting this up. Great, sound, lighting, and camera work. Please add some protective eye wear to your outfit - you want to be able to do things like this for a long time. Remember: balls are fragile.
