3 memories for a Saturday
Sooner or later the source. Starts to
wear very thin. Yet I will try to post the
uncommon records. That might bring a
memory to a few. For me the overplayed
tracks. Never held the Casino's majic. I'd
relate more memories to Dave Evison's
no1 oldie. Generally played just once the
whole night. Than the top records at the
time. A group Dave Fisher, Peter Kadic,
Moana, Mandi Evans, and me. Followed
the same route each week mr M's 10 pm
after Angie went through the floor of the
Beachcomber. Walk into Station Road to
get in then mr M's to 6 am. Down the stairs
for Dave Evison when the Casino got an
energy surge. Down the baths or paper
shop. To end up back in mr M's until 10 am.
Then the Ritz, Belle vue zoo, Newcastle Tiff's,
Locarno, Nottingham Palais, or a list of other
alldayers. Why I had 27 Mondays off in a row.
