How to Make a Powerful Vacuum Cleaner Using 775 Motor and PVC Pipe

Nice! ...Suggestions for future updates: 1. Make a different handle that accepts the LiPo battery inside. It's a shame to have such a portable vacuum cleaner dragging a cord; and 2. Try a closer-fit tolerance between the fan blades and the casing. This should significantly increase the performance.

Bro.. I tried the same same config used but the suction power really sucks!! It’s not able to pick up the nails.. in mine the case is 4inch and fan blade is 3.6inch too disappointing that it didn’t work out well..

Nice work! Here's a little trick for you to use the next time you cut a motor mount out of electrical wiring duct cover. Rather than using an angle grinder, use a utility knife making multiple passes to make those cuts. Do it over some wood so you can cut through on the last couple of passes. The end result is there's no dust or smoke created by the angle grinder, and your cuts are more accurate and require less deburring.

It's interesting but yet to ever see a "Powerful" DIY portable vacuum,, picking up dust, plastic and tiny screws is not real convincing but this video does have some DIY educational value.

You need a long-flat tip with lot of holes so that you can clean a large area at the same time. In this, because the tip is small, it'll take too much time to clean a large portion
