People are Confuse here. Nigerians were told that Nigerian Crude has to be sent abroad to be refined and brought back at higher cost hence the oil subsidy. So why is Dangote Refinery buying crude from the USA to be refined in Nigeria at higher cost . Nigeria is a Crude oil exporting Country. Does it mean that Nigeria Government has Already Sold its crude in advance as collateral to borrow money, so the local refinery has not enough crude oil to be refined ?

Pump price is up in Nigeria because of subsidy removal; people should stop hoping for cheaper petrol, without a continuation of the subsidy regime. The truth is petrol is still cheapest in Nigeria, than in any other country in West Africa (with current exchange rate; we are still subsidizing petrol in Nigeria). Nigerians should stop seeking for our economic solution in reduction of pump price of petrol (we should ask ourselves, how a country like Norway is striving with a liter of Petrol at $2+).

You cannot compare Norway with Nigerian Fuel price xD - The average income in Norway is 55.000$ a year ! So fuel is cheap even if 2 Dollar sound much...

How can dangote be importing crude oil from abroad,it's is that Nigeria don't have enough crude on their ground or machine to process the crude out. I want to understand? Honestly Nigeria is a good for nothing place
