Hi just discovered your channel today and it is brilliant reminds me when I use to go train spotting when I was a young lad I use to take the train from Norwich to Birmingham New street back in the day. Use to cost me a pretty penny in them days but I loved getting on the train for the long journey.

Great stuff Keith. The disruption adds something different. I can tell you from working in a control room that the contingency planning and logistics of dealing with these incidents is hardwork but satisfying when you recover the service.

It pays to have a delay in service look all the freight and passenger trains you got I think God was on your side cool video be careful out there if it’s to hot make sure you find some shade and drink plenty of water too

This was the morning an Avanti Train Manager was stabbed at Euston - what is this country becoming. You made it through in the end though at least, and some goodies at Wembley this time. Decent bit of freight for a couple of hours too, and no deleting mishaps this time :-)

Repercussions the full length of the West Coast yesterday due this assault - also a trespass in the Manchester area resulted in delays and cancellations - not a good day to be travelling!

Sadly it was really bad yesterday. A Guard for Avanti was attacked onboard a train resulting in Euston being evacuated.
