Is the height of the handle adjustable?

No, it's not. I don't know of a spreader with an adjustable handle.

The Earth way spreader looks very similar but when you attach the upper handle there are 3 choices of attachment. Thank you for your reply..! I will get the Earthway because I am a short sort..!@@DIYwithCam
