I found your channel through the camping video, but I am really enjoying your other videos. It's nice to come along with you on the hikes, I enjoy the learning about all the areas and peaks and as a fellow photographer it's great to see you scouting locations. Also pro tip: don't disable ads, the KZfaq algorithm will stop promoting your content if they can't make money from it. It sucks, but it's the way it works.

Another top walk/video! For me, the drone footage 5 minutes into the video with the music you played took my breath away! I'm looking forward to the next walk/video and looking to the fact that you're going to start throwing some wild camping in to split up some of the routes!👍🏻

Im chomping at the bit to get up to the Lakes but i will be starting and going through the same sequence that you have done that way i can watch your videos again before embarking on my adventure. You are a true inspiration and you are educating me on all these fells and high peaks. I will be coming up for long weekends from Kent and trying to get to has many fells as i can until i have completed all of the Wainwrights. Keep up the great work, you are the number 1 when it comes to these sorts of adventures, your commentary, filming and audio are all of the highest quality.

Did walla crag last year. Derwent water has so much to offer, from so many locations, it’s just gorgeous. And ashness bridge is so pretty. Liking the way you label the distant fells. 🙌 it was cold when we went to the same pub….hot chocolate’s all round!

Great video.. my friend and I have been visiting the lakes for years, usually at Christmas, and I did a fell run that when this side if Derwent, we realised a few years ago we’d never really been been up there for some bizarre reason.. Walla Greg, is a fantastic view… can’t believe we’ve been walking along that horrible road all these years instead, when doing a Derwent loop.

Great watch as usual. Thankyou Glen. That whole stretch over wattenlath fells area is boggy. Those steps up from the farm at wattenlath up to the top high tove is very slippery when wet. Those views are insanely good from Walla Crag. I’ve walked over from the Thirlmere side (super boggy) and from rosthwaite over the top back to Keswick via Castlerigg. Dock Tarn is lovely.

Nice views though for yourself.

I've been waiting for your vlog of this walk. Did this one a few years ago in wet, gloomy conditions. Really did feel like the infinite bog of despair then! 🫣 I did it in reverse and that walk up Ashness Gill was beautiful. Bloody stunning film, those drone shots, coupled with that music, just 🤯🙏 Looking forward to the rest of this series and familiar fells. Mind, I'm going to break my Far Eastern fells virginity this spring, thanks to your inspiration. I'm thinking something around Angle Tarn Pikes as an introduction 👌

We were lucky enough to do this after an unusually long (by lake district standards!) dry spell in August. The bog was dry and the heather was out 💜 in fact that whole trip was probably one of my favourites. Pretty sure we staggered to the Mary mount a couple of times too. Can't wait for the next one... I'll have probably booked a trip back to manesty before then 😏
