Great way to ruin a modern classic. If you want to make it look like a new car just buy the new scat pack. Should leave these old SRT-8s alone. They had a nice defined loon for their time.

Absolutely. My dad has an 09 Super Bee SRT8 and it breaks necks all the time. His is forged and stroked to a 426. It's the reason I ended up getting a 5.7 and then a 392. Love the Chargers

Although I do like more original SRT wing spoiler, but this Chargers is the best SRT that I've ever seen from '06-'10 generation. Beautiful car. It is absolutely relevant.

This is beautiful, not overdone. Love it. I saw a 2007 SRT Charger, 1 Owner, 14,000 miles, selling for $25,000 last week. Wish I had the money

I have a 2009 Jeep SRT8, cam heads, LTs, runs 12 flat everytime.. I've ran a 11.7 on highway in Jersey one time it was really cool Sunday morning

@@skipbrainless7527 Yeah the jeep srt8's sold a lot better since they were more practical daily drivers. The Jeep also because of that are often much higher in mileage. The charger/challenger's are usually lower miles and they just like I said sold less of them anyway. SUV's are the thing now days, not cars anymore.

Awesome, I have the 06 Charger R/T with the Daytona package in Top Banana, bought it new and since the Wife and I spend most of our time in a Semi it's only got 60k on it and still in great condition!! I love that body style!! Nice video R/T Life and SRT DAD!!!!!

I love the sound of the 6.1 hemi, the simplicity of the motor makes it reliable, very little electronics...you have a great setup👍...GET THE VOLANT true cold air set👌

With out a doubt this is absolutely still relevant this SRT8 and R/T concept from that generation has been adopted into what we see today in the newer challengers and chargers...

This makes me miss my 06 RT. But the suspension issues for that first year were too much. Also I hated the wheel gap and I was on 245/35/20. With a bunch of other stuff done. I love his ride though

these 6.1s are still relevant drop in filter exhaust and custom tune will get you to about 400whp theyll run scats if you do it right but most of these are bone stock so they get a bad rap

6.1's are great! Plus every aftermarket performance part under the sun was made for them so you have a lot of options to upgrade it as well!

I love those 06-10 SRT8’s I wanted one before I got my R/T but I couldn’t find one for a decent price with lower miles. If I had it my way I’d want the 6.1 hemi to replace the 5.7 hemi lol

Clean! I like the 2008-2010 srt8 charger/magnum and the 300.....2008 was the refresh of the 2006 srt....new headlights and taillights made a difference and the my gig radio was better than that big none touch screen from 2006

I own a 08 srt8 dodge challenger... First Edition. Only 6400 made with 6.1L hemi in 08 for Challeneger model. Mine is silver. Only 707 made that color. Fucking love it . She rips

How awesome! I just returned from Arizona. Most Az looks the same, Phoenix to Mexico. I'll guess he's around Tucson. I didn't see too many nice cars while out there. But I only made it out for a couple hours a day. The ride is sweet as hell. Always relevant. Always Mopar.

I'm building my 6.1 SRT right now. Just waiting on supercharger parts to arrive. These cars get rarer by the day. Most people moved onto the 392, and the remaining 6.1s ended up destroyed by ungrateful owners.

I used to like the 6.1 more than the 6.4 then I took a ride in the 2014 srt8 and man it’s fun to drive the roaring in the 392 hemi with the corsa extreme is on another world but damn the engine got so many flaws the pistons are easy to crack and lifters and camshaft is so sensitive I live in south Iraq it’s hot out here you got to spend 1500 to 2000$ just to make it safe 71c thermostat racing spark plugs msd coils and tuning and water injection methanol

Lol I need a charger srt expert, I’m currently looking at one ready to buy, but one thing I noticed is, the emblem on the back of the car doesn’t have the srt sign😳😳and doing a little studying, the car don’t have no type of badges except the srt sign in the front, hope it’s the real deal
