As a Raiders fan, I can empathize with the frustration that fellow fans must be experiencing. It's disheartening when you want your coach out, but the owner seems reluctant to make any changes. We've been in a similar situation weeks ago with McDaniels.

The Organization is cheap. Always has been. They will hire another first time head coach because it’ll be hard to pass up on the talented rosters, pay him peanuts for the lack of experience. And we will be here asking for his head in 2 years or so.

For all the hate on Staley, he handled those questions really well. They were laying it on him after an embarassment on primetime and he took it in stride. Changes need to be made since it's a results league, but I wish him the best wherever he ends up. Seems like a good dude.

@@trancebruh3231 I mean he did have the best defense in scoring and yards his only year as a DC. if you dig into it they didn't have a crazy tough schedule, but still you have to do it and he did. You've never heard anyone who's worked with him talk poorly about him either. That may change here when he gets fired, but long answer to he's not just a smooth talker, just over his head. He needed more seasoning before being a head coach.

Obviously, he was not the answer at coach but I still wish the man well. He definitely cared a lot but he was just way out of his element and clearly not ready for a head coaching job. I do feel a little bad for how little the players played for him last night but it is what it is, all the best coach.
