If you were to spend 4 or 5 years at Law School, you would learn about half a dozen big, well known cases and you would spend a lot of time taking part in Mock-Trials where you would get to practice telling lies, twisting, manipulating and re-interpreting people's words and actions until you were proficient at it ..... What you WON'T learn there however is the " insider " tips and tricks on things like HOW to construct your case as if you are going straight to appeal ... WHEN to use your various tools of Discovery ... and HOW (having read the Civil / Criminal Procedure Rules) to FORCE the entire court to follow the rules or have their specific rule breaks CITED ON THE RECORD for immediate reversal on appeal.
