Domestic terrorism - Tyrants trying to enforce their versions of law (which violate rights and actual law) with violent, criminal acts (includes use/threat of unlawful arrest/detention).

7:00 "Don't be rude!"... "Listen to me!" That constable was breaking the law when he said those things in those ways. Because he was using his position as a uniformed and armed officer to get someone to do something that he personally wanted. In this case to stop answering back to his bullshit. And to "win" this little battle of the egos. That is one definition of corruption. And of tyranny. Which is why it's illegal. They are not allowed - under the law - to use their position for personal gain. And yet we see them do this time and time again.

Freedom to photograph and film "Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel." - MET police. Things to counter unlawful police threats:- Section 26 Criminal Justice and Courts Act (Police abusing powers, can lead up to 14 years in prison), Misfeasance in public office - "Occurs when a public official, public servant or public body knowingly and willingly acts to cause loss or harm to a third party." Domestic terrorism - Tyrants trying to enforce their versions of law (which violate rights and actual law) with violent, criminal acts (includes use/threat of unlawful arrest/detention). Oh yeah, and you can be rude, even swear at police as that is your protected human right of "Freedom of opinion and expression". So as long as you dont threaten or incite hate/violence, you can say whatever the f*ck you want.

The question of industry and effort versus results has to come up. They always seem incredibly busy. Too busy to take complaints directly from the public. We must use a phone or the Internet. After the guy uses the word irregardless, a crime against English. Regardless is sufficient. PTTP goes on to explore the topic of police activity. He notes that they are out and about. But queries what they are doing. They seem happier trawling the Internet for hate crimes or giving over the Job of investigating to artificial intelligence. What do they really do all day?

If they don’t know the laws they are trying to apply then wtf are they doing out on the streets as cops who should know basic law before they ever set foot in the streets as cops. Any cop who does not identify to the public should, upon finally being identified, be suspended without pay for a day. Will make them think before they refuse to ID to the public. It should be classed as an offence to refuse to ID to the public when carrying out their duties. Power crazy some cops and believe they don’t have to answer to the very people they are paid to serve. They tell us that ignorance of the law is no excuse to break the law. It should also apply to cops, with the punishment to fit the crime. A days suspended without pay is a start.

It is indeed " The People " who have allowed the current situation to come about by tolerating the ever increasing sloppiness and unprofessionalism of the entire governmental, judicial and statute-enforcement system. " The People " have , for the longest time, had severely misplaced faith that the system should be able to police and regulate itself through various checks & balances ! Something to bear in mind is that the government and its violent enforcers are only meant to be involved in matters which affect THE PUBLIC which is why they have become more and more disinterested in prosecuting " crimes " on YOURS or MY say-so ... UNLESS ... they consider it to be " in the public interest " ! ... Therefore, it is left down to US to bring private criminal or civil cases against wrongdoers that the state and the police aren't interested in and ... ... this is where we really come unstuck because 99% of folks haven't got the time or the inclination to deal with, or learn about, the legal system themselves so they aren't left with much choice but to pay £1,000's and £1,000's and £1,000's to lazy, incompetent or corrupt lawyers who will drag cases out as long as possible to maximise their billable hours until their client's bank accounts are empty at which point they throw the client under the bus then consign them to the scrap-heap ! So ... If you were to spend 4 or 5 years at Law School, you would learn about half a dozen big, well known cases and you would spend a lot of time taking part in Mock-Trials where you would get to practice telling lies, twisting, manipulating and re-interpreting people's words and actions until you were proficient at it ..... What you WON'T learn there however is the " insider " tips and tricks on things like HOW to construct your case as if you are going straight to appeal ... WHEN to use your various tools of Discovery ... and HOW (having read the Civil / Criminal Procedure Rules) to FORCE the entire court to follow the rules or have their specific rule breaks CITED ON THE RECORD for immediate reversal on appeal. Where can you get these " insider tips, tricks and tactics ? -> " Jurisdictionary " 😉👍

MR IB's vids have, for me, proved their inspirational and educational qualities over the last 4 difficult weeks. PTTP's name (proletarian) is VERY IMPORTANT because choosing 'PROPERTYLESS' (very 'media' unfriendly) name contains the reasons why those with 'Constabulary Status' behave as they know they do. They are the armed men of the UK capitalist state, and their protection of capitalist culture and property owning class, corrupt, tax free, arms dealers, politicians, and media intelligence abusers. They are paid for, encouraged and legally insured to keep the social degeneration as 'status quo'. The sequestration without compensation of our 'important' ports and industrial logistics etc,. requires a fast and efficient 'common understanding' of the tasks facing us all--AS A CLASS!! Roll on to 'critical mass',. Cde's We need a 'means' to a more socialist future. It seems that armed/private/cops is an obstacle.--Thanks for this opportunity to give my opinion.⛏
