I really enjoy this brother and sister act. Charles’ wife also cooks and so does Charles, in many videos. Kim, is my favorite but it wouldn’t be the same without Charles. 👍

By the way you never put your garlic in with your onions because you only want to cook the garlic until it becomes fragrant which only takes about 30 seconds. Onions have to cook much longer so you wait until the onions are almost done then add your garlic that way it doesn't burn and that stuff look burned to a crispy critter

Corn tortillas are gluten free because they don't include wheat flour. All that is included is corn masa floor which is all made from corn. But flour tortillas are not gluten free because they are made with regular flour which of course is made from wheat.
