If Jesus wants to stay, he stays. The guy was revolutionary for us prior to the injury, the mentality and attitude that he brings to the club should not be overlooked. We talk about needing depth, Jesus provides that. He can play anywhere on the forward line and if he can fully recover and get back to his best he will if not force his way back into the starting 11 at the very least he will push our starting forwards to perform. The guys a workhorse on the pitch and he makes those around him better. I still do question his ability to play as a 9 but there is absolutely no way I would be selling him, he still has so much more to offer.

Feel like there's a lot of pressure being placed on Timber by the fan base. Yes he looked good in the community shield and the half he played against Forest. I don’t see Ramsdale being sold in the summer. No team will want to pay his actual value, and I think it’d be more beneficial to send him out on loan to a premier league team. Burnley ideally if they were to stay up. If Arsenal could sign only one player this summer, it should be Wirtz. He is that x-factor that can unlock a defense out of nothing. We are not desperate for Timber to get on the field...why take that chance? Just continue to WO and make sure he is 100% for pre-season. I think it makes sense for Jesus to stay. He can rotate with Kai and GM and so can Trossard. That is a solid 4 man rotation...spend the money on midfield and rotation partner for Saka. Jesus will get healthy and challenge for his pitch time. We don't need to spend big dollars on a striker. Sell Eddie (finally).
