Really enjoying this series of videos of you teaching the next generation of Brickies. It’s the little tips and tricks that will help them in the future. Like your teaching style, fun but informative. 😂😂😂

Best bricklayer in the world, ok you don't know me then, I did my apprenticeship in leicester from 1978 to 81, then I went to Los Angeles CA, joined local union number 2 and worked there, I was that good fast and very neat, don't think charlie has done that, I also built 5 new homes in new Jersey, and I did the finish carpentry, all the tile work and the painting, of these new homes, also a couple of fixer upper houses I refurbished in Los Angeles, volunteered my skills for habitat for humanity in Ottawa Canada, and have letters of recommendation from the c. e o, now that's how good I am, this charlie yes he's a good bricklayer, but he's not the best in the world, there are plenty of very good bricklayers. There you go

He's not said he's the best bricklayer in the world, that's what I like, someone blowing their own trumpet, I don't think so,if your head was any bigger you wouldn't get through those double doors

Fair play to ya pal gd to see someone teaching instead of ripping them I'm not a site worker been there done that but im a small building company and the pride and the skill of brick work on site is dead. Its not all about money it's about walking away knowing u done a great job as a small general builder site about getting it up quick time

Good stuff Charlie i can keep saying basically the same thing every video because that's how i see it, These guy's will learn a lot from you and become knowledgeable & If they want to become a good brickie and get there heads down they can become as good a brickie as the work they put into it and that's it, Take pride in there work and do a blo^dy good job every time and they can always get work on site or private once they have got their Qualifications It's up to them.

It was great to bump into you outside Dorringtons this morning. If I'm honest i was abit starstruck and didn't say thank you for all that I've learnt from watching your videos!! Those youngsters have been given the opportunity of a lifetime to learn from you, I hope they realise that and really get stuck in.

Happy Holidays and God 🙏 Bless Charlie, your a great guy for teaching the youngins!!! I am a block layer from New Jersey,USA... Also cement finishing and stucco, layed more 8 and 12 inch block then brick but I did my fare share of brick much lighter but more skill involved a little bit....
