i don’t think you need any strength for handstand kick ups. the alignment carries you. you just need enough strength for keeping some tension in your body.

I can't keep my legs straight after reaching a 30° angle in the kick up trick you showed but I can balance a handstand off a wall for like 10 seconds seconds when climbing with legs what can I do

The standing leg can also bend more to give you more push and momentum. After that, try your non dominant leg. Feels weird at first but you’ll learn things about both sides.

Great tip. Thank you. Will be ptacticing this. I can fall forward and then go up on my hands using that momentum. But from a static position to kick up has been very very tough. Hoping this will help.

Guys try learning it yourself I use to watch tutorials but they did nothing when I started doing it myself I got much better results and even got my backend

Sooo... ehm... ofc i'm the one noticing the cute doggo wich is an airdale- i'm only saying thar bc Nostalgic stuff- my grandparents had one. Its the first dog i've met and i love this breed bc they are so cute and amazing in their personality

He’s a Welsh terrier actually but you aren’t far off they are a smaller version of the Airedale. My family have always had them we are big fans of airedales and welshies ☺️

Is it possible to do it in the first try? I'm a little stiff post partum and also had never really tried handstand but always wanted to. Just wonder if it should be possible in the first few tries or few days
