I was just googling about this... great video! All other videos are showing very expensive stuff as "affordable" I have seen yours in my local marketplace. Greetings from Perú. See you next week.

Hey i have the same exact one from a few months ago. First time using it, it lasted quite long.. a few hours maybe? Afterwards the charging has been a hassle. Once you plug to charge it only charges for a short while (with the red light showing), then if i try to use it, it doesn't even last me half an hour. I've tried replugging it several times to get it to charge longer and then using it, it still doesnt last longer than an hour (give or take). This is really frustrating as i want to use it for gaming, zoom meetings, etc. I've tried charging it in the case and only the mic, and im confused about the results. Sometimes after hours of charging with the case it even fails to turn on, which makes me wonder is the case sucking out power from the mic? Any advice? How was your experience recharging it? Thank you

that sounds rough man. It has been great for me so far. I use it only once in a while and tbh, the last time I charged it was like last tuesday. I’ve had it for a 3 months. It sounds like an issue with the internal battery of the wireless mic. Try: 1) use up or sap all the battery out of both the transmitter and receiver 2) then charge it overnight (8hrs or so, 2hrs is sufficient for this battery size but we gotta be safe) 3) then turn it on. If this works then we can be sure that the charging case is at fault. The idea is to get it to discharge the battery first to give it a full proper charge. Alternatively check the cables you’re using to charge. Some cables are just for charging and some are for both data and charging. It is safer to use cables that can be used for data transfer. My go-to solution typical is to use an apple cable (usb-c) to charge and check these things. Will you be able to ask for a refund or an exchange?
