They should just be tighten one direction and loosen the other direction! you might just have the jammed up too tight and could try a wrench to get some leverage

It does but you’re gonna want to add extra is all. The amount they give barely creates a seal 👍🏼

You have to bring the two ends closer together at the tail end of the bed, that will allow the little pin mechanism to catch under the rail 👌🏼 let me know if that makes sense!

Hmm is the mechanism functioning? Can you see the tabs moving when you pull the release lever?

I figured it out, I was making a stupid mistake.

I had the adjustment set too far to the tailgate so it was really tight and the rails were spread too far apart. So the support bars would fall in. More or less I let lack of sleep, and excitement take over.

That makes sense! I had the same issue, that’s what I tried to explain in the video 👌🏼
