🇦🇺😎👍Hey Big John……I love my ❤P09 Big John..we don’t have many holster options down here. I guess because there isn’t a big enough market. Plus we aren’t allowed to carry our firearms on us. Strictly at the gun range…bb guns , paint ball guns, slug guns and other kids toys have to be registered down here. Locked in a safe and a licenced owner over 18…great informative video mate🏁

I picked up a P80 compact, then decided I wanted a light. After searching for a holster to fit, which should fit most Glock 19 holster, but didn't the ones I liked, or fit me, I found one. The issue being the light it was made for was an Olight. Not being a fan since the days of every guntuber shilling for them I was hesitant. So I searched GunBroker and found a PL Mini 2 Valkyrie. I have to say the magnetic charging is pretty sweet. And the activation is more user friendly than either that $25 light, or the Streamlight. Press down to turn on. Press down and hold for momentary. From either side, no strobe.

I like the TLR-1 activation, but it is pretty subjective.

My recommendation for everyone is to simply buy quality on the first go. Sure it might be only twenty dollars, but when it comes time to upgrade, good luck getting rid of it. No one will take it off you unless it is for free. This is why I as well as many other gun hobbyists have a few junk drawers full of gun crap that no one wants. So what you are essentially doing by buying a twenty dollar pistol light is setting yourself twenty dollars farther away from being able to afford a tlr1 (which you can easily find for less than $100 on the used market). Not to mention that you will have basically zero holster options for these cheap lights (assuming you plan on carrying it on a handgun). This is why cheap discounted products in general make you poorer across the board in the long run.

Generally speaking I agree with this. Buy used quality, and avoid buying a really cheap product, especially if it claims to do way to many things, because it probably does many of them poorly. I just caught a Streamlight Protac 2.0 used with the pressure switch and everything for $110.

Are the Irons on your p-09 tritium? They look nice and bright on camera.

I’m not sure exactly what material it is, but they glow after being exposed to light, so if I pull them out of the safe, they don’t light up, but they do light up when I’m putting it back in the safe
