4 жыл бұрын

A long term review of the CHEAPEST cordless ratchet you can buy on AMAZON. This is the ProStormer 3/8 drive, 12v cordless ratchet. Is the Prostormer cordless ratchet the best cordless ratchet for the money or did it fall apart a few months after using it. Although the Prostormer 3/8 drive cordless ratchet did go out to the oilfield with me, it did not see any professional use. We just don't use 3/8 drive ratchets very often out in the field. So most of the testing and use done to this 12v cordless ratchet was at home and I think that was a good thing because it will be the average DIYer that is going to buying a $40 cordless ratchet. As you'll see in this video I used the 3/8 drive Prostormer cordless ratchet for over 6 months actually in a variety of scenarios that allowed me to have a full understanding of the capabilities of this cordless ratchet and give a complete, honest, long term tool review of this tool. I don't think any mechanics will be buying the cheapest tools on amazon for use in their profession jobs but I do think this would make an excellent tool for most homeowners, DIY people, or even your do it yourself enthusiast. This makes it perfect for Brads Workbench since we mostly cater to DIYers and professionals on a budget that realize its the hands holding the tool that makes the tool work or not for the most part.
ProStormer actually has a large number of 20v cordless (really 18v cordless) and 12v cordless tools. I have left some links below to the prostormer 12v cordless ratchet that I have reviewed in this video as well as a link to the Prostormer 12v cordless drill that will accept the same batteries. I don't know if the Prostormer 12v drill is any good or not, this link was just provided for someone that might be on a budget buying cordless tools and also needed a drill. I'm sure it would be good enough for most household demands on tools.
