It's basically that you prep a load of garlic using your food processor and then freeze it in small jars so you can take one out every week and use it throughout the week. I do something similar myself but I freeze it into small cubes and just get them out as and when I need them. It's a massive time saver.

Oats are being used as a binder in this so I bet any kind of flour would work in its place.

ily, I do, but I came to say, please just don't call this tacos ❤ -from all of Mexico. We literally despise McDonalds so much they had to close all of their restaurants in several Mexican cities.
