Damn that 2nd game was grueling. Been there with nothing but lands for 5-6 turns in a row or the flip of needing one land for 6 turns

yeah this meta is pretty much what is dominating early on MTG Arena Standard. If it continues for more than a couple months I see some banning early in DOminaria.

@@comokazijeff I’ll never warm up to the “I just played one card that made the entire game up until this point mean nothing”. I hated it when it was Ugin and i hate it now with Hullbreaker.

This deck looks great! Some ideas I have for it are: 1) Otherworldly Gaze: Which mills your big boys and can be casted twice (flashback) so great if itself is milled. It doesn't draw a card like Consider does but digs 3 cards deep. 2) Cruelty of Gix which tutors up one of your big boys or your Restoration. 3) Maybe try Make Disappear over Syncopate for a more guaranteed turn 2 counter.
