Join me @InsideTheLaw for an inside look at how Judge Glanville was "checkmated" into following the law regarding his recusal from the Fulton County RICO case against Atlanta Rapper "Young Thug" and others
Attorney Doug Weinstein, one of the architects of the legal maneuvering, will spill the tea on how this all came to pass. Hint: It was due to very good tactical lawyering!

You know Phil, I have been pondering Judge Glanville., questioning how many military men got a fair trial. and it really disturbs what might have gone on in his military court.. Did men get a fair trial in his court? I am just sick to my stomach. The flippant attitude you three have discussed is breaking my heart. And how many in Fulton County as well. He must be removed. At seventy-five I have learned if a man will openly do these things what will he do behind closed doors.

Chief judge Glanville, doesn't know the difference between contempt and criminal contempt, laughable if not so frightening! Glanville thinks ex parte rules are for others not him. Fulton county appears to be a hotbed of judicial lawlessness.

People answered questions that wern't asked, no formal intro by the judge, (date, time, subject), clipped dialog, insertions of conversation without foundation, no writen explanation of individules coming or going. Then she said the meeting Was only 17 minutes and when the judge claimed it was over an hours, she got scared. KB also claimed that she didn't want to loose her license and when Woody said she might lie on the stand she wanted out so he fired her. I don't understand why she didn't talk about this one day before on the another person's channel, but basically denied that something was missing. That's really what America is all about people coming together helping those in needs as Americans. Really sad to see the corruption of "Some of the Ga DA offices" Great video Phil!!

Please help Phil. Help me understand how we got here with this Judge. I am so confused about why he is behaving this way. One of three things is happening here. 1) The judge truly doesn't know the law and doesn't understand how the recusal process is supposed to work or 2) He believes that he is above the law and can do what ever he wants with shady justification or 3) He grossly underestimated the knowledge, experience, and fortitude of these attorneys. He didn't think they would push this hard and this strategically to hold him accountable. I keep thinking back to him calling several of the attorneys ill prepared and unorganized when HE is the one who is all of these things.

@@Humblestart1 habits die hard he got used to a culture of bullying attorneys using the power of the bench in collusion with the power of prosecution. He overplayed his hand when he underestimated the power of the organized Strike Force. Fate dealt him back the heavy hand he has been getting away with. Age too gives you entitlements that make you careless and stubborn. He should retire or go teach!

There’s a clip somewhere on You Tube where it’s stated that Bumpus had a personal relationship with Woody in the past. I think it was Bumpus herself. I could easily have misheard but it’s a point worth clarifying IMO

*Bumpus is a grifter!! Let's remember, she claimed the state and judge did nothing wrong in the meeting at first. Also said Love is a great lawyer and an ethical person that she enjoyed working with (She worked in the DA for a bit). But now she's using all of this for her personal gains! She didn't expose the meeting, she didn't stop the meeting while it was happening, she didn't recommend the defense be present during the meeting. She actually did nothing right lol but because the judge assumed it was her that exposed it, she was thrust into the limelight and now she's being looked at as the savior of the case, when she actually played a major part in the corruption smh*

I thought she should’ve spoke up more for her client. She was just going along to get along. She should’ve just went with the letter of the law. If the hearing was never exposed she wouldn’t have said nothing. Stand for something or fall for everything.

@@YSLBlueSkies09 *She’s a personal injury attorney that sat in because she knows Woody. People should attempt to look up her “Exit” from the DA’s office… just saying. She was out of her depths and was willing to go along with the corruption because of her relationship with the current state attorneys. One imparticular*

💯 Bumpus is no savior- what saved Woody was the herculean efforts by Weinstein and Steel to hold this judge accountable for his actions.

Why was the story about Kayla IMPORTANT exactly?? Sounds bitter I would never hire Kaufman. That was extremely ugly of her. She made sure to circle back about something completely irrelevant to the subject. Her body language when speaking on Bumpus shows that she has a personal issue with her. Very unprofessional. Praying she never gets appointed judge, DA or any position where she could use her biased to ruin lives
