That Groza witht he 'Dolg' suffix you picked up is an ABSURDLY good gun for early game. It uses 5.45 ammo, but hits like a 7.62x39, and has, I think, a 60 round mag. Uses NATO sights instead of WP. Can't use any suppressor, though.

Really enjoyed this! One thing I don't know if you noticed, the Freedom guys you were following around were the same who told you to leave their kills in Garbage. Love it when that happens in this game! Keep it up I love your videos!

Bro keep it up with the videos, I love them so much. I got Stalker Anomaly when I watched life of boris play it. When I didn't know anything about the game, you helped me with your top quality videos and amazing teaching skills. After I learned more things and got to know the zone and its mysteries a little better, I began to really enjoy the game and made great progress. Suddenly, when almost no one was talking about anomaly anymore, I began switching to gamma because of you, I saw you making videos about it and I thought it looked amazing. Thank you for your incredibly helpful videos that helped many lost stalkers to find their way back into the zone. Keep it up :)

I've been using Safer Hip model for a while and never even noticed her shiny detector until you mentioned it.

Love the videos and actually keep learning quite a bit, it is amazing how confusing GAMMA can be early on even for somebody who previously played Stalker and EFT and a little Anomaly. Love your info videos but it would be great to see one going over the current mod options, I feel like a lot of them need fine tuning for various experiences (like a little better weapon conditions for newer players or in some instances to make the game harder once you are ready) but not all of them get good description text or you don't really know if it would be a good idea to change sth about that setting.

hi mr cheeki its a nice video , dont get me wrong the long format raw videos are better for playthroughs, but it's nice how you have formatted this one. 0.9 has been quite a trip for me, the new graphics and sounds are so nice. those anomalies that spawn in the sky, actually scary now!

It's so funny, the swamps are my home. The OG SoC was causing really bad graphics glitches and I wasn't able to play it on my card back then as a teen. Some years later my mom bought me clear sky. It was a bit of an action game, but ignored the main story for the most part. Only after some hundred+ hours I even went for it, so I didn't care. But the swamps always are like a fond memory of what brings me on edge. No area in this place makes me listen so much like the swamps. Voices are kinda easy to spot. But discerning a rattle in the grass can be life or death. Companions are your friend there - without them it is really hard to feel safe enough to stay long in the pda or inventory. Maybe I'm just into pain, but damn. I enjoy it every time again to climb this tower and look over this large labyrinth of swamp grass and reed. Had some good fights from there too, fighting controllers that come out of nowhere and get you through the grass. It's funny. I never finished a stalker game - maybe because I don't want it to ever finish (or because I couldn't be arsed to fight 6 of these small telekinetic assholes, Burers, while two gave me already hell beyond belief in Gunslinger - but that one I would have finished if it wasn't for that last mission. A great game, I loved it. When I found Anomaly some 4 years ago I was beamed back into my childhood. I tinkered a bit with game engines before without realizing what this all is at all. Now I work as a game developer in an outsource studio on some of my other childhood titles like battlefield - all driven by the wish to create something as a homage to this game. Wish me luck. I wish these guys at GSC that they may go out as free people of this war. The head of AI went to the front early on. I hope he's still around. Cheers for your content. I often don't have the time to play it myself, but I love to watch regular stalker content.

I'm surprised you don't know this, but you can repair any weapon part as low as 10% if you need to. You just need to buy the part repair kit to do it. This will let you repair any part from 10% - 60% condition. Armor parts need to be at least 50% to fix them. I was annoyed that I sold a ton of parts below 60% when I realized this finally. Someone will now inform me that this isn't the case on hard mode. :) Love the content!

I keep going back to Butcher even late-game. I stuffed the box next to him with mutant parts and meat, so if I need some quick cash I can sell him some parts and hand in mutant chops for missions. It makes going back to the earlier areas very profitable.

Yo cheeki! Just now getting into gamma because of you and starting to have a blast. Do you do the default hard difficulty settings or do you adjust the damage factors in the settings? I'm trying to figure out how I want my damage to feel in the game

AI seems way smarter with this 0.9 update and I love it. I've been getting shat on by rookies.

I never really used companions in base anomaly unless I thought I'd need more carry weight but in Gamma I always have extra guns with me. Fighting is expensive. Friends are good for your wallet and crafting mats.
