CHEESE AND MEAT FONDUE / Without using a fondue pot
You don't need to buy a specific kit to make fondue at home. All you need is a versatile and popular electric rice cooker, the famous electric rice cooker. The one I use is the cheapest of all.
The ingredients are also affordable.
I replaced the very expensive French cheeses (brie, gruyere) with cheaper options that guaranteed the high quality of the fondue.

Ingredients for dipping the fondue:
Toast of bread squares in the normal way (imitating croutons)
Lightly cooked pieces of beef tenderloin that have been seasoned with garlic, salt and black pepper.

Ingredients for the cream cheese fondue:
1 garlic cut in half to spread on the bottom and side of the hot pan
1 can of cream (200 ml)
3 full spoons of cottage cheese
200 gr. of mozzarella
200 gr. cheese plate
pinch of oregano
