"Dehydrated ramps and a little essence of springtime..." Well, let me say I admired that outdoor wood-fire cooking setup you installed on your property the moment I saw it in an earlier episode, when I think you did a drone fly-over as well. To spend an afternoon with friends in that exact spot... that would be the essence of winter for me... hands down. The letters OWL FARM and the long thin mantel look very Frank Lloyd Wright, by the way...
