Well explained I'm on intermittent fasting I'm 70 years old I was a bit on the chubby sized coz I'm a short person around 5 feet I was 67 kg now I have lost 10 kg I'm feeling better coz I have blood pressure and diabetic I was feeling lethargic after lunch now I can understand why I'm from Malaysia thank you

Although our ancestors have been eating rice for hundreds of years why many haven been diagnosed with diabetes nowadays. Thanks in advance

Very usefull and informative vedio for today's situation where people suffer and undergo lot of disease like diabetis because of sedentary life style ...it really helps .....one question madam..person having diabetis but he is already losing weight ? Can he follow this fasting ?

Thanks Mam, I’ve leaned a lot in your explanations regarding intermittent fasting. I am having over weight currently 93 kg for 1.64, beyond my ideal weight, I will be following the 1st method which is 16:8. , I am working on 3 shifts rotation. I hope this method will helps me to reduce weight as well repair body mechanisms

I've done last year and lost 12kg within 4 months. Very good way to reduce weight. But now i don't do and increased 14kg😢

Thank you for the in-detailed explanation mdm. I agreed with you. After I choosed IF plan 2 years back, reduced 12kg from 80kg. Did somework with light exercise. Literally, My face skin goes better. When I checked my blood test before and after provide very good results. IF plan provides healthy lifestyle!

Hi doctor! Hello from Texas! Thank you for the clear explanation. More than diabetes it is blood pressure I find it hard to bring down. By the way I am 77 years old with being reasonably active. Any suggestions? Doctors here do not have any suggestion except to reduce salt and exercise.. I do not use excessive salt except for the salt we use in normal cooking. i need an Indian point of view on this?. Keep up the good work. By the way my blood pressure is 139/70 with medication.Thank you,

Dear loving doctor daughter. I'm 69 yrs and retired SL Ay WO 1 as a heart disease patient I have finished our religious fasting today 27 day in this year 2024. I got my medicine in after fasting hours and meals. Let me know is it good or bad for my health in future that I'm attend in fasting in this age and as a heart disease patient. Also near future next year is it better to involve in fasting please. Your advice very very important to me. Please reply. God bless you at all....
