Nice demo. Cherry Audio stuff is great value - no I don't work for them, they're just surprisingly low cost compared to a lot of VSTs. I've bought several just because they're so much cheaper than many alternative emulations of the same vintage synths and they sound pretty decent to me. Never owned a real Juno sadly, so I can't comment on how well it reflects the original. Their emulation of the Roland Space Echo is currently on sale for $9 if anyone wants to grab it while it's even cheaper than usual!

Cherry Audio have some great virtual synths and effects plugins at affordable prices, it was from an earlier video of yours I came across them and immediately bought this Juno and their Jupiter 4 emulation and the tape delay and reverb . They newly released an Elka synth and it's awesome too. Whether they're true to the originals is neither here nor there for me having never owned any original.

This; sounds excellent. The brass patches actually sound more like an Oberheim than a Juno, which is fine.

The 0:44-1:32 sounds like a very slowed-down passage from "Together in Electric Dreams" by Philip Oakey and Giorgio Moroder to my ears. I ended up ordering the Cherry Audio's Mercury 6 and DCO 106 plugins in spite of having the Arturia's Jup 8 and 106 plugin. I feel like they will be different enough for each one of them to have its own unique character, personality, and, of course, presets.

Lovely playing. Sounds very nice but they should spruce up the GUI to be more in line with the Mercury 6, which is much nicer.

i have the Arturia collection,so i have the juno and jupiter,great synths,i still have my harware juno 60,but cant change the presets anymore beacause they were loaded with a tape recorder and cassettes,but the software recreations have all the presets of the original

Nice video Master Woody. It indeed sounds pretty accurate but there is something I will never understand... the Juno was the Poor man's Jupiter when it came out, just one osc (yes I know there is a sub one), just one envelope.... What is the crave about this when you can even get a bloody Oberheim matrix 12 or let say a memory moog or jupiter as a vst nowadays which are much more versatile ? I understand the nostalgia but the hardware prices are going insane even for a dx7 (for which i wouldn't pay more than 50€ having worked with a tx816 and a dx1) and once mixed, you really can't make the difference.... Share your point of view as I am curious about this matter and I insist this is not a debate, we all have our own ressources/needs

I own the original. I like this VST. But I adore the original. But why not use them both?

Own this, a real 106 and TAL. The chorus on this doesn’t cut it i find. The TAL is a 60 but is super close and the chorus is great. Its a pIty as most Cherry synths are great.

They have the synth stack 4 on sale for $299 making these synths $13 each 😅
