Here is a wonderful Celebrity Interview with Denny Miller.
Denny (Scott) Miller is probably best remembered as the “Surfer Dude” or the “Jungle Man” on “Gilligan’s Island even though he was a regular for several years on “Wagon Train” (he was called Scott Miller on that series) and he was the Gorton Fisherman’s spokesman for 17 years. He and his wife Nancy became our dear friends many years ago through the Western events were attended. Denny had a very wicked, dry wit and he was a delight to be around. 6-29-20 Just watched him on The Rifleman - had to look him up only to discover that he died in 2014. Sounds like he was a good man with a wonderful career. :-)

My son and I have followed Denny on Wagon Train and this interview is a must hear. He is so articulate. Try and catch his character "Gustav" on Death Valley Days, Episode title "Britta". He used a Swede accent and it is an enjoyable viewing.....all the really great ones are leaving us ....jw. and Donnie

I'm always amazed at his body of work. We see him on TV shows all the time. He was a fine actor.

I always liked him on Wagon Train but didn't like some of the other characters he portrayed as being dimwitted. He deserved better than that! I'm so sorry he died of ALS. My niece died of that as well.
