Andrea made a huge strategic mistake when she dissed Kevin by tossing the rose to Alex like a dead mackerel. She should have thanked him profusely and acted like she loved it. Then he would have been concentrating on her instead of the game and she would have crushed him like a bug. Instead, realizing that she had less than zero interest in him, he just focused on his game and basically destroyed her on the board. Love's Labour Lost.

The rose was the ruse to get Andrea to think he was going to go easy on her- when in reality he was going to hand off to the wolves first chance he got. I have a feeling that Andrea could do better if she really focused and concentrated a lot harder when playing. You know, like made her brain work super super hard the whole time.

She's a slight above club level player that hasn't gotten better in Blitz or Classic Chess. She's isn't a natural trash talker and I do believe that she's shooting herself in the foot. I also think it's common that she doesn't think that many moves ahead compared to Alex. I notice when she plays high rated people she's constantly, I use to remember this line but I forgot how to play it and doesn't know the name of common chess openings.

@@KevinSamuelsKid That's not what I'm saying, he seems kind and nice. He did some great coaching and works with kids for chess. He seems genuinely kind and awesome. No one owes anyone anything, she isn't obligated, but I still think it's a shame.

Andrea is a professional heartbraker, he want her to resign just to hold her hand but she didn't wanted, until later time, and didn't accept the flower in a heartbeat.

He's smart but young. He'll soon learn that with few exceptions extremely smart beautiful young women are the most enabled and entitled people on the planet and have nothing but misery to offer anyone. Notice she was not admonished by her friend for disrespecting the rose gesture. That's because they're both entitled women.

Being good at chess doesn't mean someone is '''extremely smart'''.. Attractive women at any age can be entitled.. Some are 100% selfish no matter what man they date, as well as acting like their shit don't stink in front of all men... Some will act this way for the men they are not attracted to, but will act like a totally different person if they meet a man that meets their high standards.. Some will act kind towards all men they meet and act friendly, but still have high standards for dating... The most humble option is some will be kind and friendly to everyone, and they are dating a man they find moderately attractive who has a decent job, but are mainly with him for his personality etc. Andrea seems like the worst type to me...
