This video tutorial shows my 6 best exercises with the power twister for the chest muscles. The advantage of the steel spring over dumbbells and cable pulls is that circular movements with a constant load are possible. This is ideal for chest muscle training, which can only be achieved in the gym with the butterfly machine. The intensity of the spiral spring can be increased by grasping it more tightly or by holding the power twister further away from the chest during the U-shaped movement. In the video I show the following chest exercises with the power twister: parallel bars (dips), flying movements (flys), crossover and butterfly exercise.
In January 2021, Leonidas Arkona, Andreas Hordan and Markus Hoppe published a power twister challenge on KZfaq. The strongest steel spring that can be managed without weight support was 110 kg ... My high respect!

I ordered this packet of kzfaq.infoUgkx010hhy8hzepHnne4VtzOtUictDZeYMTF so that I may heal faster. They are great! Good grip movements, steady and hard resistant levels, and fun! Thank you!

Hi Peter.. I just found your channel yesterday and this is a great video! I have questions I want to ask.. How many reps & sets should I do? And also it is ok to do these workouts like 5 times a week? Hope you can answer my question :D
@FitnessCreator
@FitnessCreator 3 жыл бұрын
Do 8-12 slow repetitions to muscles exhaustion. You should take a 48 hour break between training sessions. I think 3-4 training units per week is ok... 5 is too much.

@FitnessCreator
@FitnessCreator 2 жыл бұрын
