This is a tutorial with the 10 best power twister exercises for chest muscles, biceps, triceps, deltoids, latissimus and abdominal muscles. The power twister is a fitness gadget from the 1970s. The power twister, also known as a king spring, is a steel spring with a resistance of 20 - 60 kg. There are also Chinese versions of it with strength of up to 120 kg (Tyrannosaurus), which is the world record. I have tested this steel spring and found it to be safe, provided that impander's safety loops are used and the movement is done slowly. The advantage of the power twister is that circular movements can be carried out with a constant load. This video is not a power twister challenge to set a record, but a training tutorial with such useful pressure exercises as: the butterfly, biceps curl, triceps presses, tight rows, flies, crunches and lateral raises.
