All you rookies please note the manageable weight . He's not ego lifting that is the biggest mistake rookies do is over train with excessive weight .

Slow decline partials. Perfect. Guys don't forget that dumbells+chest are perfect for weighted hangs. Just stop the weight at the bottom on the last rep and hold on for deal life. This is what the half reps are about. It keeps the muscle in a stretched position under load.

60 yo and tried this workout today. Not sure what you mean about the last one being too hard? With good mind/muscle connection, I could really feel this hitting all areas. Not repetitive at all. Thanks for another great workout, brother!

@@BrianSieber me lifted for over 30 years unfortunately many injuries like most would get. Seems like I could do other exercises to get more without using as much shoulders and keeping my balance
